1981 ~ 2014 Sable’s Innovation & Achievements

1981

Eradiate Enterprise was established, starting from clock Industry.

1984

Double layer plastic prescription goggles was first launched under the brand name of "SEE BETTER".

1986

Optical myopic PC lens was released under the brand name of "SABLE".

1987

SABLE released 500 Micro Telescope, diameter 90mm, focus 500mm, capable of seeing the down of bee and the crater of volcano on the moon. It can also be used as the telescope of camera.

1988

PC optical goggles with "Plastic Covered Steel Glasses" treatment was successfully developed. S401, 302 was launched.
"Prescription Diving Goggles Series" launched, a special design for the divers.
"188 Ultra-wide Angle" optical goggles obtained patent and led the surge of a new fashion.SB-502, SB-504 was launched.

1990

"188 Ultra-wide vision" optical goggles was patented and leading the new fashion of swimming goggles. Product category includes SB-502, SB-504.
1993

"Crystal Sable" was released with “Crystal Clear” concept introduced to the industry. SB-602, SB-612 was launched.
Prescription diopters of goggles were first time in the world measured below water with optical equipment.
It has proved that "the Sable absolute flat lenses guarantee unchanged vision above and below water" 

1994

The world's first comany that applies "Aspherical Technology" to 602 Series prescription swimming goggles. 

1996

Aspherical lenses technology was utilized first time in the world by Sable WaterOptics myopic goggles.
The Amphibious "Sharp Vision, Sharp Look" Series were released, which were specially designed for outdoor activities. SB-702 was launched.

1997

The concept of "Lens Bank" including 902 & K2 single lenses was launched first time in the industry. Sable enabled consumers to select their own prescription goggles immediately.

1988

"SABLE PROMO" was released under the Sable Brand Project, featured by the new functional display rack and packing box.
The anti-fog treatment "Fog Eater" which breaks through the conventional anti-fog technology and avoids fogging effectively was launched.
Marched into mainland China and established Li-Sheng Trading Company, participated in the Fuzhou Sports Expo.

1999

"Silicon Bonding" technology was successfully developed, breaking through with light weight, slim, soft, comfortable and safe gasket to replace conventional thick and heavy ones.
SB-616 was launched.

2001

"Summer Color Series" was released, combining the concept of modern technology with great nature, providing 6 vibrant colors to the market. Represented by K2.
Guang Zhou Xiang-Sheng Trading Company was founded.

2003

SB-902ST、SB-K2、SB-907ST Sable WaterOptics were awarded "Best Product Award" by The Taiwan Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association at the first "TSMA AWARD" awarding ceremony. 
2004

The first company in the world to announce the "Frame + Lens in One" concept.
Customized prescription goggles RS-922 SPT was released armed with the aspherical lens technology for diopter above -4.0.


2005

Competition goggles RS-101 with detachable lenses design was first released. It is distinguished by ultra soft contact with no pressure on eyeballs,unlike other racing goggles.
Model 922, 101 customized goggles was released. It allows customers to select preferred color frames with prescription lenses.
Sable RS-101MT with superb multi coated lenses was launched, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environment. Prescription lenses available from -1.5 ~ -10.0.
Both RS-101ST and RS-922ST were awarded "Best Product Award" by The Taiwan Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association at the annual "TSMA AWARD" awarding ceremony.

2006

Sable launched sound transmitting ear plug, which was designed with patented Jellyfish Style thin film. The product was again awarded "Best Product Award" at "TSMA AWARD" annual ceremony and patented in many countries.
Sable advocated "not to wear contact lenses below water to avoid eye damage and infection" and hosted a press conference to promote the concept. 
2007

"YONG “series RS-961 for youngsters was launched and won the TSMA "Best Product Award."
RS-961 was awarded Innovation Award by the ISPO China.
Sable swim web was launched and patented for its unique design.
Sable 101MT was evaluated by The New York Times among other brands and commented as "The Clear Overall Winner."

2008

"Green Sable Project" was launched, in accordance with the global environmental protection campaign, the TPR environmental friendly materials were applied, which also provide comfortable and flexible features in model 101MTR、YR-81、YR-82、YR-83.
Sable was recommended and tested by coaches and obtained favorable reputation worldwide in Triathlon competitions.
The world’s largest on-line optical store exclusively recommended Sable Water Optics.
2009

"All Aspect Water Sports Goggles" SABLE 923 was launched with superb multi-coated lens. Safety and fashion were provided in one.
Sable promoted the concept of "Myopes must have a pair of prescription swimming goggles."Customized prescription goggles series was launched to market, providing 3 kinds of frames, 3 kinds of lenses, and 11 kinds of color options. 

2010

Strongly promotes "Myopes must have a pair of prescription swimming goggles."
Newly developed "e-Shop" launched for the myopic swimmers, combining the web and traditional channel to provide the custom-made prescription goggles service.
Lady Series RS-924 launched with the concept of "Healthy Sport and Vitality."
Professional triathlete and former Ironman World Champion, Chris McCormack, invited Triathlon Magazine for a training day in Auburn, Alabama. Macca wore Sable goggles on his swim.
2011

Sable promotes with great efforts the “Personalized Customization of Prescription Swimming Goggles” and launched the SPC (Sable Prescription Center).
Sable promotes aggressively the outdoor water sports by attending the varieties of events organized by CTTA (Chinese Taipei Triathlon Association)、Taiwan Master Swim、and Taitung Super Triathlon Association through the sponsorship agreement with them.
Sable launched the brand new racing goggles SF-100MT/MPT which is specially designed for short distance race, sharp and irresistible.
Sable swim goggles was named No.1 of “The Best Fitting Swim Goggles” by the famous outdoor news website www.Trails.com
2012

Sable participated in the Taipei International Sporting Goods Show (TaiSPO), it was also the first exhibition for the Taiwan International Diving and Water Sports on Leisure Products (DiWas) and enjoyed great acclaim.
Continued sponsoring the China Adult Swim Association、China Triathlon Association organized the events, to promote the outdoor water activities.

2013

We participated in the 40th Taipei International Sporting Goods Show (TaiSPO), it was also the 2nd Taiwan International Diving and Water Sports on Leisure Products (DiWas), and launched the "Sable Myopia Swimming Goggles Prescription Center." 
To establish the "Sable Myopia Swimming Goggles Prescription Center" selling channels, provide versatile, multi-shapes, multi-colors tailor-made myopia swimming goggles platform for consumers to experience the professional optometry services.
Launched RS-962T model for the youth, and 101T for the racing to serve the young people.
In May 27th, we hold the consumer and medical line press conference to communicate with the consumers “The Standards for Choosing a Correct Swimming Goggles, The Absolute Flat Surface and Degree Unchanged Up and Below Water. The spherical lenses in water causes 200 – 300 degrees in myopia, and high astigmatism caused by the arc lenses goggles. "
In June to July, we organized the "Swimming Goggles to Experience Activity Taiwan Tour" for the eyesight checks of the myopia swimming goggles.
Continued sponsoring the China Adult Swim Association, China Triathlon Association organized the events, to promote the outdoor water activities.
2014

We joined the competition of 2014 Taiwan Excellence Award and are honored with "Customized Myopia Swimming Goggles Prescription System” which stands out from 1281 competitors’ products for the 22th Taiwan Excellence Award.
We won the 2014 Taipei Sporting Goods Show (TaiSPO) for the Innovative Product Award with the "Sable Modular Myopia Swimming Goggles Sales Platform"!
