01 Swimming goggles structure introduction SF 100

Introducing the specific structure of the swimming goggles: 1,Lens. 2,Gasket. 3,Frame. 4,Nose bridge. 5,Water Drop shape sideclip. 6,Head strap. 7,Head strap clip.

Before assemble it, please careful read the instruction manual and additional remarks.

03 Assemble Lens SF 100 collocate with RS 3

To assemble the lens. First assemble the lens with the smaller direction. Insert and press one side of the lens with the rectangle shaped fixed mark to the inside notch of the frame.In the meantime, firmly press the lens toward to the opposite direction. Successfully assemble after hearing a crispy snap sound.

04 Assemble Lens SF 100 collocate with RS 1

To assemble the lens, starting the narrowed part of lens .Insert and press one side of the lens with the rectangle shaped fixed mark to the inside notch of the frame. In the meantime,firmly press the lens toward to the opposite direction. Successfully assemble after hearing a crispy snap sound.

05 Assemble Lens SF 100 collocate with RS 2

RS-2---Standard optic lenses has a plastic protective film affixed on the surface. Peel off the protective film and attach it to the swimming goggles package tube or on the tube cap before launching to the water. Attach it back on the surface of the lens after finish swimming to achieve the protection result.

06 Disassemble lens

Use the entire palm of the right hand holding the swimming goggles. Place the right hand thumb on the projection edge of the lens. Please noted that do not touch the frame with your thumb. Place your left hand index finger on the edge of the frame tail. Left hand thumb place on top of the right hand thumb. Pulling index finger upward and firmly press down the thumbs. Hear the crispy snap sound. Disassemble the lens has completed.

07 Disassemble Nose Bridge SF 100

Disassemble the other side of the nose bridge. Turn over the swimming goggles.Use the entire palm of the left hand holding the other side of lens from the swimming goggles.Place the right hand's thumb on the middle of the nose bridge.Place the index finger on the edge of the nose bridge.Firmly pull it downward.Hear the crispy snap sound.Disassemble the nose bridge has completed.

08 Assemble Nose bridge SF 100

How to assemble the nose bridge---Using the thumb and index finger to hold the both edges of the lens. Firmly pull the head strap, check if the head strap has distorted.

09 Disassemble Nose Bridge RS961

How to disassemble the nose bridge--Turn over the swimming goggles. Use the entire palm of the left hand holding the entire left side of the swimming goggles. Place the right hand's thumb on the middle of the nose bridge. Place the index finger on the edge of the nose bridge. Firmly pull it downward. Hear the crispy snap sound. Disassemble has completed.

10 Assemble Nose bridge RS961

How to assemble the nose bridge---Use the thumb and index finger to hold the both edges of the lens. Check if the head strap has distorted. In the meantime, please note that the direction of SABLE on the head strap is pointing upward.

11 Head strap Adjustment SF 100 RS 101

After the adjustment. Firmly pull and insert the long head strap from the left side into the left of the head strap clip hole. Then firmly pull and insert the short head strap into the left of the head strap clip hole. Next, firmly pull and insert the long head strap into the head strap clip hole. Then firmly pull and insert the upper short head strap into the head strap clip hole.

12 Assemble and disassemble side clip SF 100 RS 101

Assemble side clip---use the entire palm of the right hand firmly clench on to the swimming goggles. Use the left hand, insert the small size of the side clip into the side clip hole.Then use both thumb and index finger firmly twist the side clip and pull out. Larger side on the top. Glossy surface on the outside.

13 Assemble Head strap SF 100 RS 101

Pick up the head strap. Insert the head strap from top to the bottom into the align side clip. Pull & stretch the head strap downward.Stop pulling when the head strap hits the double circles fixed marks.

14 Head strap Adjustment RS 923 RS 924

Due to Sable unique scale fixed markings, it is easy to adjust.After adjust the length, slide the two short head straps into the two holes from the bottom.Then using two hands to hold the two head straps.Firmly pull and stretch out.The head strap buckle will automatically close up.Assemble the head strap has completed.

15 Assemble Head strap RS 923 RS 924

Please note that 923 head strap has a LOGO on the left side of the frame. Next, assemble the head strap on the other side.Slide the head strap into the head strap holes. Firmly pull & stretch out.

16 Head strap Adjustment RS961

Head strap has unique bar stripe projection. When adjust the length, all it takes is to balance the scale on the left and right

17 Assemble Head strap RS961

Head strap clip has a bulge on one side and cave in on the other side. Let the head strap clip with the cave in side facing up.

18 Head strap Adjustment YR 82

Next, adjust the length and balance of the head strap. Align left and right. Balanced out two head straps.

Next, assemble the right side shield shape clip. Pick up the other end of the head strap. Insert it from the lower left corner of the shield shape clip. Slide it out from the middle.

20 Disassemble side clip YR82

First assemble the left side of the shield shape clip. Pick up the head strap. Insert it in from the lower right corner.

21 Gasket Disassemble

Disassemble gasket--Sable's gasket is removable. Use both thumbs and index fingers to hold the edge of the gasket then stretch it out to loosen the gasket.

23 Open the swimming goggles package tube case

Both hands holding the package tube case, you might see the triangle marks on the edge of the case point to upward direction.
